Refund policy
Refunds will be processed for products that are returned within 30 days after product is received.
Items must be in original packaging and in the same condition that it was received. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
TO START A RETURN, fill out the Contact Us link in footer of home page. detailing your information and return reason. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. NOTE: Items returned without prior contact via the above form will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you of your refund once the item has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
