Easy Palak Paneer Recipe

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE PALAK PANEER:
- Cooked spinach - 8 oz.
- Paneer / Tofu (cut in 1" cubes) - 2 cups
- Heavy cream / half & half (optional) - 1/2 cup
- Salt (as per taste) - 1 tsp
- Flavor Temptations Curry Sauce - 1
STEPS TO MAKE SAAG PANEER WITH CURRY SAUCE:
- In a saucepan, combine masala sauce, heavy cream, salt.
- Cook covered on low heat for 4-5 minutes
- Add spinach, blend with hand blender until spinach is shredded.
- Add paneer cubes, cook covered on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Uncover, simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes until mixture thickens to salsa consistency.
SERVING SUGGESTION FOR PALAK PANEER:
Serve hot over bed of long-grained or naan bread
NOTE: for a vegan option, replace paneer with tofu; and heavy cream with coconut milk
