INGREDIENTS FOR TURMERIC (HALDI) MILK:
- Milk - 8 oz.
- Flavor Temptations Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Honey - 1/2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black peppercorn (optional) - 1/2 tsp
STEPS TO MAKE TURMERIC MILK:
- Bring milk to rolling boil in a saucepan
- Stir in Turmeric powder and cinnamon powder, simmer until well dissolved and milk turns golden yellow
- Add honey and stir for a couple of minutes
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
FOR A SPICY VERSION OF HALDI POWDER MILK:
Add crushed black peppercorns in step 2. Strain out the black peppercorns while pouring into a mug.
