  1. Toast Cumin Seeds in hot oil, add onions and cook until soft and transparent.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and Curry Powder.
  3. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add kidney beans and salt, cook until beans are soft and have absorbed spices. Squish some of the beans to thicken sauce.
  5. Add Garam Masala and simmer until sauce has salsa consistency (add little water if sauce becomes too thick).
