  1. Toast Cumin Seeds in hot oil, add onions and cook until soft and transparent.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and Curry Powder.
  3. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add chickpeas and salt, cook until chickpeas are soft and have absorbed spices.
  5. Add Garam Masala and simmer until sauce has salsa consistency (add little water if sauce becomes too thick).
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot with Naan bread / Basmati rice. Enjoy!
