DESCRIPTION: VEGAN, Gluten free, Salt free, Indian Food Spices Beginner Seasoning set to make CAULIFLOWER CURRY, a delicious VEGAN Indian curry made with Cauliflower florets roasted with ethnic Indian spices. Enjoy this delightful dish with Basmati rice or put into a wrap. 

SPICE LEVEL: Mild, Medium, Hot - can be adjusted to taste

INGREDIENTS INCLUDED: Organic spices: Black Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, Cayenne powder, Coriander powder 

Cooking Directions (Grocery List & Recipe card included)
  1. Heat oil in 10” or 12” skillet on medium heat, add Mustard seeds, step back to allow seeds to burst and sizzle and release flavor
  2. Lower heat, add Cumin Seeds
  3. Add cauliflower florets and sprinkle Turmeric powder and Coriander powder. Stir to coat spices evenly
  4. Add Cayenne according to preferred spice level:

    (Hot: add all of it; Medium: add half of it; Mild: do not add any)

  5. Stir in salt and cook covered on low heat for 6-8 minutes until vegetables are soft, stirring once in between

  6. Uncover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, tossing once or twice until moisture evaporates

  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro(optional)
