CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA or CHICKEN CURRY is a delicious North Indian curry made with cubed chicken smothered in flavorful curry sauce. Garnish with attached fresh Garam Masala spice blend for a flavorful dish.
COOKING DIRECTIONS (RECIPE INCLUDED):
Marinate chicken cubes with ½ Tbsp oil, yogurt, garlic, 1 tsp salt and lime juice.
In skillet, heat 1 ½ Tbsp oil, brown chicken pieces on medium heat until just cooked.
Cook sauce, heavy cream, 1-1½ tsp salt on medium heat until well blended.
Add attached Garam Masala and chicken cubes, cook until Chicken reaches 165 deg internal temp. Add little water if sauce is too thick.
Garnish with cilantro, serve hot with rice /naan bread.
